How We started
Kevin Campbell started Chaos Fabrication based on his love for the pulling industry and realizing there was a need for machining and fabrication, not only on his personal tractor and truck pulling projects but also on his friends’ projects. As time went by, Kevin was often to assist in the building and fabricating of his friends pulling projects. Chaos Fabrication, LLC, officially launched in March 2014. What started as a hobby has grown to a team of 12 employees dedicated to specialty fabrication and machining. Chaos works on anything from individual pieces and parts to complete turn-key vehicle builds and restorations. They have led projects from concept and design through the complete building process and dyno testing, which is performed in-house and then on track pulling with a sled. Chaos Fabrication is dedicated to making your concepts become a reality.
My interest in the pulling industry and mechanical work began when I was 14 years old with antique tractors. I continued to do that throughout high school and college. After attending Ohio University for aviation, I worked as a professional pilot for 10 years. Then, I decided to take a leap and make what was a hobby at the time, a full-time business.
From 1996-1998, I pulled antique tractors until I went into hot farm until 2000. In 2000, I switched to limited pro for four years. In 2005, I ran at the regional level in the 6cyl Alcohol Super Stock. In 2009, I made a switch again and have been pulling in the open/limited super stock class since. In this class, I have had the opportunities to pull in Holland in 2010, at the beach pull in putting NL. In 2012, I was the NTPA Grand National Super Stock Open Champion and the following year I pulled in various events in England, Holland and Germany. In recent years, I have also gotten into pulling Super Stock Diesel trucks.
When I am not at work, you will find me spending time with family, especially my daughter, who keeps me remarkably busy.
